This Project consisted of converting 8 miles of overhead 12kv distribution to underground. It was on the banks for Coeur d’Alene Lake with very difficult terrain and rocky conditions. It involved developing, implementing and complying with a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The project had an extremely tight schedule and Palouse finished the project with zero accidents on time and on budget.
